Meet the Maker Behind KJK Needlepoint

Hi, I’m Kiersten, the designer and owner of KJK Needlepoint. What started as a creative outlet has quickly grown into a vibrant brand known for its fresh, playful, and thoughtfully designed canvases. Each canvas was designed with care and love for bringing color, charm, and joy to the needlepoint community.

Today, KJK Needlepoint is carried in shops across the South and continues to expand through custom collaborations and exclusive designs for local needlepoint stores. Whether it’s a mini for a first-time stitcher or a statement piece for a seasoned collector, every canvas is designed to be joyful to stitch and beautiful to display.

You might notice a tiny ladybug tucked into my logo. It’s a tribute to my grandmother, whose warmth and joy inspire everything I do.

Each order is fulfilled by me, usually with a Diet Coke in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. Outside of needlepoint, I’m a special education teacher and live just outside New Orleans with my husband, David. When I’m not painting or teaching, I’m probably dreaming up new designs or adding to my own needlepoint stash.
